Support not even in english, cant import music – iFileExplorer Pro - Built-in document(Pdf,Word,ppt,els) reader and movie/music(Avi,Mp3) player and unzip/unrar Review

So i upgraded because the pro version was on a 1 day sale, but i need to import my music from the free version to the paid one. I go to the app support button in the app store & it takes me to a fully chinese site. NOTHING is in English. Emailed them, no answer. Cant delete files
