Popular feed won't refresh – TIME Mobile Review

The popular feed STILL doesn't work in the new version! Ugh. After a forever of this problem not being fixed, I thought it might have something to do with my phone. I now have a brand new iPhone 6, and the popular section still doesn't work refresh. It has got to be an easy fix!
