Stuck in passageway opposite bee's nest – Nevertales: The Beauty Within - A Supernatural Mystery Game Review

If a game cannot work on a given device, why leave that device on the list? I'm pretty far along in this game, and have definitely found why the game warns that it works better on newer iPhones. I'm on a 4, and although the type is terribly small, and I'd really love to zoom in more places, it works, or so I thought until I got fatally stuck. I went to the guide and found out what the fame wants me to do, but 95% of the time, the animal head which has three positions won't move up or down at all. When it does work, I have no control over where it stops, so I cannot progress. I've spent hours trying everything I can think of, but this needs to be fixed, or they should give me a full refund.
