Support? App not working! – Assemble : Create Chat Rooms, Find New Friends! Review

Guys I signed up and added my profile but I can't get connected to the app for days. First it says "connecting" forever and never loads, so I deleted and reinstalled the app, now I just get a white screen that does nothing. So I tried going to the website for support but that doesn't work either? What's going on???
