I've unlocked all levels already ? – Pass It! Dental Hygiene Review

I love this app, it really helped me with studying with the boards. However I got a new phone and when I downloaded the app it says I have to pay 19$ again to unlock other levels (which I ALREADY paid for). I am not happy about this...
