QR Code scanner – Wondershare Player Review

I have purchased 3 Wondershare products for my home computer. One being Video Converter Ultimate. I downloaded this player to scan the QR code to upload a video from that program BUT the scanner will not 'load' and there is NO help available. Truly wish it worked. I could understand IF the programs were not all from Wondershare but they are. Seems as though something is missing from some or all of the programs. I'm still within the 30-day money back period on the programs I purchased maybe I should consider the refund.
