Password Reset Does NOT work – Calculator+ : Hide your secret Review

Every time I try and reset my password, using 238 954 285 =, A prompt comes up saying "NUMBER", put in a new password and NOTHING Happens...!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
