Crashed, will not Restart – Python 2.7 for iOS Review

Fired up the program, looked Great! played with some basic code, working Great! Decided to try one of the Demos, don't remember which one. Next thing I know, the Apple equivalent of a BSOD was happening. Fired the iPad back up, app was still running so I kicked it out. Restarted app, it flashes up real quick and then goes away, rinse, repeat... I'm a CIO on a very tight network, bending the rules just for me is not a good example. Really wanted to like this program so I don't have to buy a notebook to play with code at during lunch at work...
