Cannot Register – Whiteboard - Tasks, To-do Lists & Project Management Review

I'm not stupid. I know how to operate a smartphone, iPad, etc. downloaded the app and it will NOT allow me to do anything without "signing in". Can't sign in because I am not a registered user. No option for a new user to register. Crapp.
