Only if you want to lose – 17 Day Diet Complete Recipes Review

I am an app guy but not a diet guy. My wife suggested this to me I thought why not I'll give it a shot. With in 15 days I was down 12 pounds and it didn't seem like much of a stretch other than cutting out the unnecessary load of carbs. The app is easy, the only thing I would change would be to continue the weight loss recording from the time you begin the plan to your latest input. The plan and the food makes sense and the support is second to none, really.
