No fix to major bug in over a year – Join It - The Most Real Jigsaw Puzzles Review

I gave this app a 5-star review in 2011. Unfortunately, its primary distinguishing feature is broken (as reported by other users here -- the ability to use your own images). I contacted support months ago and they claimed it would be fixed "soon." Notice that it is now over 14 months since an update.
