Really bad glitch! – Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing Review

The game is amazing, and everything is all right, that is until I play a battle race. Almost all the battle races I have played involve a glitch where at random times, the cpus will all suddenly barely exceed max speed for a whole 15-25 seconds, forcing me to constantly use all-star abilities to win and sometimes even that won't help. Please fix this glitch!
