Utterly useless – Jet Airways Review

You'd think the standard for an airline app would be to mainly manage your booking. That feature didn't make it... Unless you booked a flight thru the mobile app forget it. It'll tell you to go to the website. Heaven forbid you'd then want to manage the booking there because unless you paid the ticket without using a credit card, bank transfer, debit card or anything beyond a sacred cow forget it... You might then resort to the email listed, a black hole. Great vanity app, totally worthless in practice.
