Game not working – Solitaire Mystery: Four Seasons HD (Full) Review

I bought this game and I can't play it. I've tried three different times to get an answer back on what is wrong but have never heard anything back from anyone. I'll click on "play" and then it will just shut off completely. I've never been able to play it! I wish someone would get back with me and fix the problem, please.
