Super cool, needs more users – uCiC - Photos and Videos on demand Review

The idea behind this app is so cool, I really wish that more people used it though because outside of huge areas like NYC/San Francisco, the uses of the app are somewhat limited. However, when it’s useful, it’s amazing.
