Does not line up with apps – Glow Backgrounds - Wallpapers! Review

Purchased so my apps would have glowing outline. DOES NOT LINE UP WITH APPS, not even close. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU WANTS APPS TO HAVE GLOW. Rest of app is nice, but not what it said it was.
