LOVE IT BUT..... – Glow Backgrounds Review

I think this is a great app to really make your phone stand out. I also think that eventually it's gonna get old and something new is gonna come out soon. Plus I'm not spending my precious money that I work for on a game. I think this game needs to be completely free. That is one way people will at least try to look over the fact that this app needs a upgrade. And a FREE UPGRADE. For me this app is a three star rating.
