Responsive Customer Service – Astraware Solitaire - 12 Games Review

I use this app A LOT -- one of my all-time favorites, so to have it crash on start-up was beyond frustrating. However, I emailed the developer, and received a prompt response from them asking for more details about my specific experiences. He went on to explain that while they were working on an update, one of the problems came from using a custom photo from the camera roll as a backdrop; once I switched from this to a standard background in the "Settings" section, the app stopped crashing & I'm able to play all the games as is normal. I'm running iOS 7 on iPhone 5s, but urge anyone else experiencing the crash problem to try changing your background setting to a standard option, at least until a new update fixes the problem. I appreciate the fact that the developer was willing to take the time to respond personally, and at least offer a temporary solution until the underlying problem is fixed.
