Timing is off – WPXI Channel 11 Review

Was watching the news 11 in the morn, also while searching for delays for my children's district, and had no results found; However, then, the delay appeared on news 11, I was confused about the timing it took to update the new delay!?! (Just Needs a little more time adjusting)
