Has Development Stopped? – 55,000 Amazing Quotes Review

I notice that this app, one of my favorites, hasn't updated in awhile, and I am no longer able to post on twitter. I am runningiOS 6 only my iPhone 3GS and don't plan to upgrade my phone, so the apps (like "Quotes Folder") that require iOS 7 are of no use to me. I have added so many of my favorite quotes that I would really like a way to export them so they are not lost.
