Surprisingly effective – Binaural Sleep Beats - Insomnia Sounds Review

Tried to use the app for a powernap today and it gave me a smooth transition to sleep :) The sounds are actually very comforting and puts you to sleep right away. Again, it might be a placebo and it's hard to kick the habit of going to sleep without checking your phone. But for me, it works splendidly.
