Not working on iPhone5 – Map My Tracks: ride hike pro Review

Was a great app for 3 years. Now, won't work on iPhone5. Keeps asking me to enable background app refresh (which is enabled, generally), but there is no option to specifically enable background app refresh for this app - it's not listed. So, I can't use the app at all. Same with Map My Hike. They need to fix this.
