So far.... Not so good – Pinnatta - Interactive Greeting Cards and Everyday Messages Review

Uploaded Free App. Tried sending a card. Wouldn't send without $9.99 annual subscription. I thought, okay, looks like a fun app. Did the 'premium' upgrade. I don't get any sound. Read troubleshooting.... Says it's a common problem. Tried reinstalling app, didn't help. So far, no one can open cards (thru Facebook) without installing app. Tried sending via text. That worked (at least to one person that I'm aware). Two cards say 'undelivered - unsupported browser'. More trouble than it's worth until they get the bugs out!! Would like to get a refund, but not sure how to initiate that!!
