Keeps crashing – Sarah & Duck - Day at the Park Review

My daughter loves Sarah and duck and I was really excited to get this for her but it keeps crashing. We have to keep starting over from the beginning. Very disappointing. Please fix this if possible. I don't like paying for things that don't work properly.
