Very Disappointed – RoboMe Review

Very disappointed, I bought a RoboMe in Nov 2014 and that very same month they stopped supporting the controller app. Every time I try to use it, it says that a firewall may be blocking my access. I put in a ticket with customer support and all I got was a we don't support the software version anymore reply. I tried to put in a second ticket to update the software and it said I have the maximum amount if open tickets. I guess they figured out how not to be bothered with any issues.
