Decent app, but has issues – Casper Focus Review

We use this app at a school and it worked great for while. That is, until we had two kids that had their iPads stuck in an app because their wifi turned of while in it. The only way to fix it was to completely wipe the iPads which set the students back in school. Please fix with a reset button or something on the student's iPad to manually reset it. Thanks!
