Malfunctioning application – PaintMee Review

Hi, I am a new user of your application (Paintmee by Studio Mee ). I am using the latest version of operating system. I just bought your application, I am not satisfied because it isn't working properly. It seems that the application closes on me every time I tried to launch it. What should I do? Should I make a complain to Apple customer service? Can you please provide me a feedback. I hope you can make this up to me.
