Would be great if it worked.. – Photo Cut-Out - sticker maker Review

Got this app a while ago, worked wonderfully and had almost no flaws. Now the dang thing won't even let me use it. A pop up that appears for one second then disappears the next in a never ending cycle, that says "updating 2.1.0" or something. I can't use it anymore but I need it for my social networking pages!
