Easy to use and super helpful – Sprout Baby Sleep Tracker Review

Intuitive user interface, useful features. I haven't tried to use the emailed data yet (in excel) but the app gives you great trends. It would be nice to be able to email the charts themselves and also to color the bar chart by day/night sleep. Also, a cool feature would be to be able to configure the times of day considered day and night. Edit - shortly after writing this I discovered you can indeed do that. Happy mama. Great app. I can even operate it on no sleep. Looking forward to using more sprout apps!! Yet another update: I didn't have much luck using the data after emailing it, BUT buried in the settings is an "export data" feature that generates a csv file, which is way more useful in a tool like Excel (if I ever decide to go that bonkers). Really simple but fully featured app.
