Can't play – Tap Zoo: Arctic Review

95% of the time it says I have no internet connection and can't connect to server. That's not true, my connection is fine, I checked, and no other app has this issue. The 5% I can get into the game I can't even complete the tutorial because when I try to visit neighbors, which is part of the tutorial, it crashes out of the app. I checked reviews and saw that numerous other people have complained about both of these issues and have been complaining since at least 2013 if not before that too and it's now almost 2015 and there's still been no fix. This is not the first game of yours I've had these exact same problems with, in fact, it happens with pretty much every game you put out. Thanks for showing how much you value your customers. Stop putting games out unless you can fully support the ones you've already got on the market and people are asking you to fix. You guys are going downhill very fast.
