Great Little Workout for Kids or Geeks :-) – Dungeon Runner: Fitness Quest Review

A pixellated knight walks across the screen, and, when he encounters enemies or obstacles, exercise prompts appear. There are hearts and shields, but completion won't be an issue, even for kids or beginning exercisers. The exercises are basic, but if they are unfamiliar, you can touch the scroll in the right hand side of the screen for instructions. The camera is accurate enough that you need to keep moving to make progress but forgiving enough that those doing alternative motions or low impact versions will not have any problems. Well meaning concept that functions well within the capabilities of the devices.
