Fast, simple, searchable – Checkie for Foursquare Review

It's exactly what you want to check in - no frills, fast response, one swipe, and you're done. It's searchable, so if it doesn't show up at the top of the list, it's often easier to just type a few characters - and voila! My only change would I'd like the search field to have the little x at the end allowing me to quickly blank the field before doing another search. But that's not enough to warrant a star off!
