Does not give alerts – FlashAlert Messenger Review

I've noticed that even though I have notifications turned on for this app, it doesn't give notifications. They need to simplify the app. I don't need PR news from school districts in my state, nor do I use this app for sports scores. Just make it my go to, reliable source for emergency school district information. Bottom line: I feel I can't rely on this app or the service.
