Doesn't work – TIME Mobile Review

Download hierarchy failed appears every time this app is opened. It's been like this for months. I honestly didn't think I'd have to write a review for time but this is something that should be fixed. It shouldn't take months to update an app, that's neglecting customers and certainly not helping with the sale of subscriptions.
