Useless – Wallpaper Fix & Fit Free- Scale, zoom, and position your background photos for iOS 7 home screen Review

The free version isn't worth the 30 seconds it takes to download. As stated earlier pictures can't be saved. I'm a big fan of apps making money, but maybe stick to doing something then charging for it instead of trying to wrangle in-app purchases.
