Loading – SQUEAK my voice Review

everytime I click on the app it has the logo and underneath it says loading... and it stays like that for about 10 minutes not doing anything. I have had this app before and I had no problems with it but I don't understand why it's not working this time. does anyone else know an app for squeaking your voice?
