App locks up all the time – The ABC Song Educational Game Review

It kept having the pop up to buy the app. I purchased for $1.99 and I still get pop up and now it's worse because when you don't buy MORE stuff, it locks up the app. This makes my son and I very frustrated. The only way to get to work again is so completely restart phone/iPad. But then it happens again....
