Frustrated!! – Xtreme XFit Review

The band and app work well together When they decide to work!! I've had to reenter my information 8-10 times in the last month. I opened it this morning and again my information has been deleted!!?? Can someone tell me why or how I can fix this!!?? At this point I feel like I've waisted money on a bulky house arrest looking band that doesn't even work!! ???
