Game will not boot – WarCom: Shootout Review

The game downloaded onto my iPad fine..... Once I click on the game icon it begins to load for about 1-second then it returns to the ipad desktop. I've force re-booted my ipad and reloaded the game and it still does the same thing. If I can get it to run I will give a review on the game.
