FRUSTRATED – Battle of Zombies – free MMO RTS strategy wargame Review

I lost everything after the update ?? Also, it would be great if the graphics were better. Update: I bought a package of gems that included a good amount of bonus gems, but did not receive the bonus gems. It has been four days since I first messaged them about this issue. However, I got a response right away with questions not related to spending $$. The latest was within 24 hours.i don't want to stop playing bc I am not going to let my $$ go to waste, but I want my bonus gems restored at least if I don't agent a full refund. ???
