Doesnt work – PDF Tools Professional - View, Read, Open, Edit, Export, Annotate, Sign and Fill Form Documents and Contracts Review

I bought this so I could do proofreading/ editing. The app wont even open the PDF. I would ask for a refund if I knew how. I dont suggest anyone buy this app.
