Horrendous customer service! – Matrix Video Review

I just got off the phone with ADT/matrix support, I was informed they have no idea when there will be a fix to the non functioning app and that I should use another phone to remotely access my cameras for my business. REALLY, that's what u tell customers, I was also told it wasn't ADT that was at fault it was apple for doing the update...all of my other apps have managed to update to work in synch with the new update, why can't ADT... Maybe I made the wrong decision entrusting the security of my business to ADT! I think all ADT customers should receive a credit for the lag in keeping up with technology, that is crucial to the security of our business!!!
