Fun But Flaky... – Photo Notes HD Lite Review

This app is a lot of fun when it's working. I love the photo in bubble feature. My only issue with it is it's inconsistency. It only works about half the time, then freezes and I have to delete and re-download the app to get it to work again. Slightly frustrating...
