I can't make resources work – WinterForts: Exiled Kingdom Empires at War (Strategic Battles and Guilds) Review

I'm glad to gain money and food for my troops, but now the game won't let me even build anymore stuff on my base! Another thing is that they should fix the currency system on recruits by using money instead of gems.
