RIPOFF! – Halloween Ringtones - Scary Sounds for your iPhone Review

Downloaded the Halloween ringtones app on 10/1/14 -- -- you have to then submit your email to have them send you each separate ringtone -- but then they NEVER SEND THE FILE. I was totally ripped off :: Don't. Fall for this scam! This app is a RIPOFF!
