Can't restore purchase and crashing – Goat Commando 3D Review

My daughter and I really liked this game, we purchased all weapons and areas and after some time it started crashing upon opening. Deleted the app and reinstalled, now app opens but I can't restore purchases! Developer help and website seems to be no more in existence!
