Crashes every time – WHIO Weather Review

I upgraded to IOS 8, and now this app will not work. I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling but still crashes every time.....it's not like they didn't realize that the operating system was going to be updated, come on fellas, get on the ball. iPad 3 with 32 gigs of memory.
