??G5 games never crash. – Mystery of the Opera Review

This is a very pretty game and it was much longer than I expected. This game is quite intuitive and the hints are helpful. There is no strategy guide, which is irritating, but the game ran perfectly from start to finish. Please check online reviews to see if it is long enough for your budget at $5. That being said, the ending with the frog was gross and I don't like that there wasn't an option to replay any of the mini games. I also think they would have been much wiser to lose the whole Phantom of the Opera theme because this Phantom didn't give a hoot about Christine. There was no love story and this phantom was just a generic bad guy who kidnapped a generic Christine for some generic bad guy supernatural ritual. I can't help but think the developers used a PotO theme simply to get people to play the game, and the PLAGIARIZED "only then will you belong to me" is fraudulent advertising. I am surprised there aren't reviewers who weren't angry about buying a PotO themed game only to get a game that bore no resemblance to either the musical or the original novel. The supernatural pendent was fun, but it took WAY to long for its components to be found and it was annoyingly on the screen for hours before it served any purpose. I'd suggest for future games that the developers either make this type of device useful sooner or keep it off the screen until it is useful. With no SG, I kept thinking I had missed the needed gems. I hadn't. Over the past few months I've started playing G5 games instead of Big Fish Games. G5 costs more because they actually beta test them. They are flawless and glitch free. Big Fish Games, over the years, have wound up costing more as you can pay for a game only to find a bug that makes it impossible to complete or even play the game. That only happened once in a G5 game (Treasure Seekers 3). ❗But G5, ❗ YOU MUST CHANGE THE GRAPHIC FOR THIS GAME ON YOUR WEBSITE! You are ❗PLAGIARIZING!❗"Only then will you belong to me" is NOT public domain. That is a lyric directly from ALW's musical. It's copyrighted. It's plagiarizing. Change it before Cameron Macintosh sues you. This is not a perfect game, but I'm giving it 5 stars and recommending it because it was VERY long and had no bugs or glitches.
