The SS app will not download music bkgrd tracks – SingSnap Karaoke Review

Singsnap's app does not allow me to download music over phone data...anymore! It works on wi fi.... And I can UPLOAD just fine... It's only when I need to DL that it starts crawling -- until I get the error popup. " failed to download song"...
