Still waiting – VSD Viewer for Visio Drawings Review

I've had difficulty opening Visio 2013 files, seems to take forever when loading from Dropbox. So, sorry I didn't find the app to work well and wished I didn't just pay as much as I did to find it out. Other reviews are favorable so.....
